Have you had to pay for your line rental for the whole time you've
been unable to use the phone? If so, thats the first thing that you're
entitled to have back from them. Then if they're unable to specify
when you're service will be resumed, I would pursue for release of
contract. What you may find is that they try to hide behind clause
4.4, because if they're working on fixing the cell site problem, they
will not be of the opinion that they can no longer provide you with
the service.
