Help: what's the best deal for free minutes going from O2?

I'm on O2.
My contract runs out next month.
I want to get the best deal with free minutes - not bothered about
phone.
BUT: *must* keep my number.
Idealy: would like a 12 months free deal on a 12 month contract
(accepting that I have to send in cashback forms).

Problem: O2 have all the deals!

I've looked at 1stop: no good deal for other networks.
And they don't do Vodafone. : (

Can someone tell me a good place to buy from?
I would prefer a reuptable place and not
mobileworldJustStartedBusiness3monthsAgo.com.

OR: if I go to PAYG on another network: how long do I have to wait
till I can come back to O2?

I presume that you have looked at ReestitMutton's website for info?
