My daughter is staying in lodgings in London where the only way she can get
a signal is to hang out the window!
Apart from being dangerous she gets a bit wet when it's raining!
I know those stick on boosters are useless.
Is there an external antenna kit I could get her?
The phone is a LG KG220
TIA

Probably, but has she tried friends phones on other networks?
O2 /Vodafone often can penetrate further into buildings than Orange / T
Mobile.

I think it might be cheaper to replace the phone with one on a different
network.
