Is there a universal battery operated handsfree kit available?

Hi,

I've searched around for information on this but with no real success. I'm
looking for a battery-operated (or at least a
non-car-cigarette-lighter-socket-operated) handsfree kit for use with an
elderly Sagem phone. Does such a thing exist?

The nearest thing I've found is a novelty desktop item which does what I
need but incorporates a moving mouth with pouty lips, which open and shut in
time to the conversation...

Sorry to reply to my own message, but I should clarify: what I'm after
isn't a "handsfree" set as that term is usually used, but an external
loudspeaker. The phone's own microphone can be used but - for reasons too
boring and complex to go into - not its earpiece.
