Not really had any experience with the Lobster.
If you don't like it, you could try and take it back. Though I'm not sure if
they'll change it unless it is actually faulty...
Personally, I find Nokia phones dead easy to use. It may just be that I've
nearly always had a Nokia and I'm well used to them, but they seem very
straight forward to me.
What specifically is giving you problems?
