I am looking for a SIMfree phone, a friend suggested getting a Pay As You Go
from Tesco and using that but from looking at past messages on USENET I get
conflicting comments on doing this. I presume I just need to take somewhere
to get the SIMLOCK unlocked?

I probably want a Motorola V3.

The reason that I want a SIMfree is that I have plenty of credit on my
existing SIM, hardly every use the phone (don't even switch on much) so free
minutes are of no interest to me.
