Anyone got this working? I've tried entering the address as shown on the
BBC website, phone complains there is no valid RSS feed at the address
entered...
Cheers,

Can you let me know the exact address you enter to pick up the feed?

I'm on Vodafone and can't get BBC (or any other, for that matter) RSS feeds
to work via Messaging | RSS, I have to access them via Opera Mobile, which
I've recently installed. They worked via Messaging | RSS for a couple of
months after I bought the phone (Jan 07) but then they just refused to
connect/refresh/accept new feeds. So, is this a carrier issue?

The URL I have is http://wap.sonyericsson.com/download/download.do?
cmd=bbcnews&appl=rss
This is working fine on Orange pay monthly. In fact I think it was pre-
loaded on the device although I cannot remember.

Please can you say what that URL is without the wrap - I tried
....download.do?cmd=...
and it wouldn't resolve.

I can't make it not wrap I'm afraid, the whole URL was the compete URL,
starting at http://wap.sony.... and finished with cmd=bbcnews&appl=rss

Thanks. I can see how it starts and ends, but does it have this string in
the middle:
download.do?cmd=
(i.e. with the "?" between the ".do" and the "cmd=")?
I tried this and got a:
Apache Tomcat/4.0.5 - HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error
error! | | | |

Yes, that's right.

Then there must be something else causing your problem I guess.
