I have just got a new contract with a Nokia 6120c - I cannot find any
information on how to change the function of the 4way rocker button - or
how to change the default icons displayed.
I am feeling REALLY stupid - I have been all the way through the manual
(what a joke) and all the software on the CD - but I have either missed it
or it's not there.
If anyone can enlighten me or point me to a website that tells me how to do
it I would be really grateful.
Thanks for any help.

The Nokia website (nokia.co.uk) has 'better' manuals for many models.

Should be the same as the N73, so try going to Tools/Settings/Phone/Standby
mode/
Active standby=ON: This will give you the 6 icons on the top of the start
screen.
Active standby=OFF: This will allow you to change the 4way buttons
functions.
