Virgin SMS to landline voice text info

I wan't to edit my welcome message on this service but am unable to find the
number to call to do this. I believe it is an 09 something number. Virgin
mobile CS are unable to find it or really understand what I am trying to do.
The old number I wss given was 0975 3966066, this number not active it
seems. Anyone hep please ?.

Hard to reply when you don't include context.

However, you posted a number starting 09753. The poster you replied to
gave a number starting 07953. If you've also posted to say you've tried
this number, I can't see it.
