HTC TyN II - Buttons Loose

The suite of buttons (Dial, End Call, OK, Navigation etc) appear to be
installed in one block at the bottom of myTyNT II. The whole fitting
appears loose. Is this normal or is it a fault

They're not loose at all on mine, so probably a fault.
