Do customers get charged for receiving WAP push messages?

I'm with T-Mobile on PAYG. I recently got two messages in my Service
Inbox (Menu -> Services -> Service Inbox). One was entitled "Hot 50
Pics" and the other "Free Timbaland Tone". I believe these are known
as WAP push messages. I haven't tried to retrieve either one. Will
I have been charged just for receiving them?

thanks in advance

shouldn't be just for receiving it - but if you had clicked on you'd be
looking at data charges as a minimum or an endless stream of
reverse-charged texts at a £1 or so a time
