Experiences of Orange's Call abroad PAYG sim?

I can't actually believe I'm considering giving money to Orange
again...

However some of their recent call aboard rate additions are almost to
good to ignore when compared to Tesco.

Just wondering if anyone can tell me how good the call quality is to
say the US and Caribbean and do calls drop at all?

I've found the call quality to the US, is just as good as the quality
within the UK.

Thanks, was worried that they pass off calls to the cheapest carriers
with ultra high compression when compared to their standard high price
international direct dial.

Will have to pick up a SIM the next time I pass an O shop.
