Porting in after start of contract?

Which networks allow a number port after commencement of a monthly
contact?

The last information I have is

O2 Yes
Orange Yes
T-mobile Yes
Virgin Yes

Vodafone No

3G Unsure

Is that still correct?

Three - Yes
O2 - Yes if direct with O2, for example if CPW are your Service Provider
then No.
