Virgin OVP upgrade - still available?

Been out of the loop for a good while. Is the OVP tariff on Orange still
eligible for any (free) handset upgrades? Last year got a free Nokia
6070 and so was wondering if anyone had any luck getting anything else
or have they curbed it?

My impression is that the upgrade offers appear randomly. You need to keep
an eye out for people mentioning them.

I got it three years in a row, but this time round it said "not
available" or "call us" or something negative.

Dave, did you actually call and get anywhere? If it says that message,
does it mean I have lucked out or should I try calling anyway?

No, I didn't call. Whilst I didn't mind taking free phones that the web
site threw at me, I wouldn't actually call and try and blag one. I've
probably made 20p of phone calls on it in the last three years.
