Hi,
Can anyone with a couple of minutes spare try this on the virgin
mobile web site:
- Click on "contact us" at the bottom of the page.
- Click on email us and then fill in the form using
a single character for the surname.
- Click "Go".
I get an error message "You'll need to enter a Surname thats longer
than 2 characters" - but the surname field is now read-only and I
cannot correct it!
I have tried deleting all cookies and using a different web browser
but the surname field is now permanently read-only!
TIA, Mark.

Sorry, can't reproduce the problem...
Tried what you said, got the error, and field was read-only as you say, but
once I navigated away from the page and then back to the email form again,
it was back to normal.
Try forcing a refresh on the page (F5 or press the refresh button on the
toolbar)

Thanks for trying. However this does not work for me.
