Mobile shortcodes - how to obtain?

Apologies for crossposting, but I suspect uk.telecom members may have
a better idea on how to handle this 'mobile' issue.

I run two services, one over PSMS and another over MMS. Currently both
have different shared shortcodes. The PSMS by Esendex and the MMS by
iTagg.

I've been wanting to move to a dedicated shortcode.

The cheapest provider I've found is iTagg. However, while the £500 /
month fee charged for [P]SMS by iTagg (reduced from £700 if obtained
via their wholesale option) is reasonable... the cost doesn't include
MMS reception - this is more expensive- in the region of £1,600 /month
total cost for SMS and MMS on the same shortcode.

Can anyone recommend a provider offering *both*, for a reasonable
price?
