I've justed tried it here, and I don't get the same problem. An 8s
call into voicemail and I had just as many free minutes available as I
did before (and I left 30 mins before checking my balance inbetween).
Are you sure that you didn't have something like 99 mins 1s of
inclusive call time left, and then your short call to voicemail just
pushed it over the minute boundary?

On the April 17 bill, all calls under one minute are counted (and
charged) as exactly 1 minute.

My latest bill is dated April 17th, the month before that all calls
under one minute showed the exact time.

If you're on Mix and Match, then it was originally in the T+C's when the
plan launched that the calls would be charged a minimum of 1 min, then per
second after that. It also stated in the T+C's at launch that for an
undetermined time that this won't apply and calls will be charged per second
but the change would apply in the future. Basically, their billing system
wasn't geared up for the change. As soon as they could implement it, they
did. No breach of contract at all.

Yes I am on mix and match (having previously been on a £17.50/month
half price for 18 months direct deal) , when I upgraded I got 1000
mins/text for £20/month and an N73, but at no point were the T&C for
mix and match made available to me, if I had known this I could have
got 750 REAL mins + 250 SMS on Vodafone for £25/month instead! At the
point of upgrading I had a considerable credit on my Three bill from
not being able to use the roaming whilst abroad for 10 weeks, so
decided to stick with Three, but now I regret that decision.
