I have this problem in my area of Staffordshire, however after 1am in
the morning there is no problem with browsing or downloading. So I
assume the local cell is overloaded during the day / evening as the
previous post suggested. I have had similar problems with 3 not
admitting any local network overloading. During the day / evening web
browsing is so slow as to make it unuseable. I may try a usb dongle
rather than my
3g phone but I doubt it will make much difference. If
anyone else has had problems like this anywhere else a post would be
appreciated.
