Funny Enough I rang 02 before Tmobile to cancel my 2nd phone which my
partner uses, and due to problems with 8 outages over the last 12 mth, they
said i had £111 loyalty due and if i would consider staying with them for
the next 12 mth they offered me 9 mth free, then 3 mth at £3, so got better
deal with 02, for my second phone. ( he was ok to keep phone).
