In my opinion O2's customer service is the worst of all the networks I
have used. Would never consider using them again.

i got great service from them - albeit to rectify a mistake.
they continuously failed to send me bills so i couldn't claim a e2save
cashback - so they gave me the cashback themselves and called me back a few
weeks later to make sure everything was ok.
