Please, can anyone tell me where I can my HSPDA modem unlocked so that
I can use it on any network?

Good luck, various websites ofer unlocking services. You can download
firmware updates which unlock some modems etc....

I had good success unlocking my Huawai E220 3G modem from this site.
It cost me EUR15.00.

Well, I haven't bought a modem yet but when I do, I want to have
somebody who can unlock it. I will be using it in the West of
Scotland where signal varies from valley to valley therefore I want to
be able to go from Three to Orange to O2 as I travel.
