Yes - it is a number range belonging to O2, and went live nearly a
    year ago.

    Regards,
    Harry.

You know, it'd be nice if you put your original message before the
signature separator ('-- ') that way, I'd be able to quote some context
here, which I could just cut and paste, but I'm not doing to so make a
    point.

    Anyway...

    "7521","0","Allocated","","O2 (UK) Limited","Mobile services",,"05/2007"
    "7521","1","Allocated","","O2 (UK) Limited","Mobile services",,"05/2007"
    "7521","2","Allocated","","O2 (UK) Limited","Mobile services",,"05/2007"
    "7521","3","Allocated","","O2 (UK) Limited","Mobile services",,"05/2007"
    "7521","4","Allocated","","O2 (UK) Limited","Mobile services",,"05/2007"
    "7521","5","Allocated","","O2 (UK) Limited","Mobile services",,"05/2007"
    "7521","6","Allocated","","O2 (UK) Limited","Mobile services",,"05/2007"
    "7521","7","Allocated","","O2 (UK) Limited","Mobile services",,"05/2007"
    "7521","8","Allocated","","O2 (UK) Limited","Mobile services",,"05/2007"
    "7521","9","Allocated","","O2 (UK) Limited","Mobile services",,"05/2007"

Be aware that O2 may sub-let that number space to other providers, for
instance, quite a lot of 07526 is used by Tesco Mobile subscribers, but
it is still officially allocated to O2.
