For me, probably its main drawback is lack of integrated flash video or
real player- it severely limits web browsing IMO.

I have- and it seemed a bit pointless. When I'm reading news websites
like the BBC's- it's a mixture of reading text and listening to
audio/watching video. It completely downgrades my experience of that
kind of website to not be able to use video/audio.

and it seemed a bit pointless. When I'm reading news websites

Both which _are_ possible. OK, no flash video in news stories, but there
is iPlayer support for TV which looks pretty good quality wise.

I'm not upset- I'm explaining why the iphone doesn't meet my needs.
