Isn't all this 08xx stuff annoying? So silly to make it hard/expensive
for customers to call you.
Perhaps:
For mobiles all 08xx numbers should be classed as normal calls - or
such codes be made to be 09 numbers so people can tell they are much
more expensive.
All 07xxx numbers should be for mobile phones and out of inclusive
minutes.
I have often wondered if the US system isn't better than ours. If it's
a regular area code (inc 800 and 888) it's a regular call except 900
numbers.
Maybe there's even some logic to making mobile users pay for their own
incoming calls and classing mobile phones as "ordinary" numbers as
they do. I sometimes wish we had done it that way in the uk.
