My response was immediate. Are you sure you typed your email address
correctly? You could always give them a call to see whats happening.

What do you think?
Can I ask why you think you will get an answer in a newsgroup rather than
from three?
What effort did you make to contact three?
Did you get scammed and have you entered your details in to a scam site!

The standard of '3's customer service and the ease of contacting it are well
known. Why do you think that '3' "customers" frequently post basic queries
on this news group? Not to mention all the posts about T&C, billing,
super-glued SIM's etc. etc.*

How could you tell it from the real one? ;-)

In the bad old days they were like a hospital where if you arrived with a
blister on your foot they would cut you leg off, but the wrong one. Now
they cut off the correct leg.

I've never had any problems with their customer service. In fact, I
have been impressed. Last time I contacted them they not only sorted
it out, but rang me back a couple of days later to check that
everything was OK.
