My colleagues and myself all have 3G handsets with PTT-over-Cellular
clients in. Is any network offering service? Are any 3rd parties offering
service?

Afaik Orange did the 'Talk Now' service for genaral use and, in 2006,
it was reserved for business use only.
If it is still available it will be on
business.orange.co.uk - but it may now be defunct.

I've just discovered it's actually SIP-based. Trying to get it registered
with Asterisk now...
