To retrieve the voicemails did she dial the number left in the message,
or did she use the menu on her phone to select "voicemail"?
She might have fallen for some con.
Check in her calls made list and it will show if she dialled the numbers,
the mobile company can also confirm this. I think they already have as
they are on her bill.
