Syncing contacts to Nokia 6500

Not sure if I'm being really stupid but I can't see how to sync contact
numbers from my Nokia 6500 classic into PC Suite. PCS is set to only sync
from PC to phone (for the calendar) so maybe that is causing it. Would be
grateful for any assistance.
