I read the whole thing and as far as I can remember you could only
cancel within 30 days of them telling you of the change. You also have
to be on a tariff that you started before Oct 07 (I think) and one
that does not have 'first whole minute billing' in the Ts and Cs.
I missed my deadline as I was on hols. However, I couldn't find my Ts
and Cs anyway to check if I was eligible.
I believe you can only cancel because of the 'first whole minute
change' NOT because they now charge for printed bills.
Some tariffs were always supposed to be 'first whole minute' but 3
didn't charge that way to start with.
