trying to cancel 3 contract - 3 ignoring me

Hi trying to cancel a 3 contract on the grounds of an unfair change to terms
and conditions
- from what others have said on here I have a good case and signed up before
the t+c were changed last Oct
but finding they are ignoring emails sent from My3. I tried the
executive.office email but they just fobbed
me off saying they didn't deal with customers.
I'd prefer to do it in writing rather than speak to some call centre person
reading off a script
Any ideas?

Many thanks

DM

Do you mean you signed up before last October, and the T&C's have just
been changed, or the T&C's were changed last October? If the latter, the
usage of the service for 11 months would probably be deemed an
acceptance of those T&C's.

Check this thread, the title is mis-leading - afraid it's very long.

There are addresses in there.

I read the whole thing and as far as I can remember you could only
cancel within 30 days of them telling you of the change. You also have
to be on a tariff that you started before Oct 07 (I think) and one
that does not have 'first whole minute billing' in the Ts and Cs.

I missed my deadline as I was on hols. However, I couldn't find my Ts
and Cs anyway to check if I was eligible.
I believe you can only cancel because of the 'first whole minute
change' NOT because they now charge for printed bills.
Some tariffs were always supposed to be 'first whole minute' but 3
didn't charge that way to start with.
