    My 07973 on ED50 is suspended for now, my 07976 is now ported
    to 3 PAYG, and my 07974 is still on Orange OVP Virgin.

    I don't think there was ever a plan to all be on 04

    I think the first two prefixes in use were 0836 for Vodafone and 0860
    for Cellnet. Then 0402 0410 0374 0370 0385 and perhaps 0585 appeared
    all at about the same time. So 3 4 5 7 8 9 were all used before the 7
    was put in front.
