    Yes. No, at least for UK PAYG. For higher usage bundles or a
    contract may work out cheaper.

    They're usually quite quick (within 24 hours) if you email them to ask. But
    that's not much help if you need to call the number right now.

    Give them the whole number, because they have differential prices. This is
    what they told me:

    : Re your e mail, the charges for 0800, 0845 numbers is 8p per min, 0844 is
    : 35p per min, 0870 depending on what number follows can be different prices
    : eg. 08708 and 0870128 are 8p, but 08701, 087060 and 087062 are all 35p per
    : min, and 0871 again can be different charges eg. 0871141 is 59p (fixed
    : rate) and 08716 and 087170 are 35p per min.

    Confused? I really don't see why they can't publish their price list.
