    Vodafone PAYG charge me £7.50/Mb when roaming in Spain. That's
    why I have a Spanish Vodafone SIM card.

    Have you tested this or just assume its vodafone locked.
    Reason I ask is that we've bought some Dell laptops which come with
    Vodafone Sims for their onboard mobile broadband, however you can
    actually use any sim you want as long as you know the APN details -
    the software only has vodafone presets, but others can be added easily
    enough.
