Greetings!
Does anyone know which ports/protocols I need to prioritise on the ol'
router to ensure UMA traffic is prioritised above all else? Network is
Orange (Don't know if other networks use different ports or if they're all
standard?)

UMA is tunnelled from the Ue to the Security Gateway through the Wifi
router. So just perhaps prioritise the tunnel ports? But then unless
the ISP handles differential services via QoS then it may not help.

Using just L2TP? So if I prioritise UDP 1701 I may have better luck?
3/4 of the time performance is fine, but it can get choppy on occasions :-(

It probably depends on the vendor who provided the core equipment. I
think that UMA is similar to Femtocell on this aspect and I have seen
ESP running on this between ports 4500 and 5101. If UMA is exactly the
same I am not sure.
Could you assign all ports to the Ue as higher priority? ie., assign a
static IP within the WiFi router for the Ue and have all ports
configured?
