Audiovox 8900 US cellular , what do i need?

i have audiovox 8900 and am a us cellular customer , what else do i need to put ringtones and wallpapers on my phone , i know nothing about this , soo please be kind lol

do i need data cable? and what programs?

Us cellular doesn't support wap so you won't be able to go online and buy tones and send them to your phone if you can find a place where you can get them thru your data cable or use easy edge service right your phone but make sure that your not on a pay as you go plan ....they charge per kilobyte that your on there web system you can go to www.midiringtones.com or www.ringtonejukebox.com and find ringtones that you want and then buy them off easy edge.
