I doubt seriously you will be able to use mobile web with Page Plus.
To enable mobile web, you have to request it using the phone's
browser. Verizon knows the second it is enabled and how
long your sessions are.
My Dad has a post paid plan with Verizon. His LG flip
phone supports mobile web, but that is an option he does
not subscribe to. He is able to use it to visit the
Verizon Wireless website to check his account
information for free.
I am sure Verizon has their mobile web function permanently
disabled with all reseller prepaid companies like Page Plus.
I just found out about a prepaid company that uses
the Verizon network that allows web access from
an earlier post:
