Phones not ringing when called???

Hello. Although my family and I are fairly new to the US Cellular service, we are all experiencing one problem. Sometimes when someone calls us, the phones don't ring. They simply beep once and drop the call. The phones are all V3s (3 V3c's and 1 V3m). Any help on this topic would be appreciated.

If you are out of your home area this seems to happen a lot. I don't know why and it happens once in a great while at home to me too.

i have never had that to happen in my area uscc service is pretty solid. uscc has the best service in eastern north Carolina they have a lot of towers in the rural areas and the other carriers just drool.
