Extended Service Area billing question

Hi,

Like the detailed billing, and it's easily understood for the most part; however, there is one particular feature which I don't fully understand.

Part 1:
Ok...this particular section has to do with a call I made from a courthouse. I was well within my local service area, but I've discovered there are lots of pockets of Extended Service Areas (ESA's) embedded therein...like courthouses, churches, etc. I would love an explanation how such ESA's are determined if anybody would care to respond.

Anyway, with respect to my billing entries. If I am in an ESA, and I place a call, it shows up on my bill in the ESA section, and indicates the number I called in the "Number Called" column. Now, there are a couple of possibilities where the "destination" is concerned. The vast majority of the "Calls To" column entries indicate the town I called (ex. Northbrook); however, on rare occasions, it lists it as some zone (ex. CHICGOZN01). For calls I KNOW I dialed, and when a zone is listed instead of a town, is the entry indicating I was in CHICGOZN01, or the receiver of the call was in CHICGOZN01? Why is a zone indicated instead of a town? Here are a couple of examples:

2/05 10:59AM NORTHBROOK IL RECIEVERS-NUM PK 10.00 etc...
2/06 10:59AM CHICGOZN01 IL RECEIVERS-NUM PK 15.00 etc...

Part 2:
Again, an ESA-related question. ESA billing entry indicates "Calls To" of CHICGOZN01, but...lists MY number instead of another number. I'm assuming, because my number is listed, it was an "INCOMING" call, just like all the other incoming calls. If my assumption is correct, does the CHICGOZN01 indicate the caller was in CHICGOZN01, or I was in CHICGOZN01? If my assumption is wrong, does anybody care to explain? Here's are a couple of entries for comparison:

2/05 10:59AM INCOMING IL MYNUMBER PK 10.00 etc...
2/06 10:59AM CHICGOZN01 IL MYNUMBER PK 15.00 etc...

Thanks to anybody who responds.
