Razr V3m trouble

I am having trouble with my Motorola Razor V3m. I am unable to even access it with MPT, although I have no trouble using MPT with my fiancée's T-Mobile Razr V3c. So I know my usb cord and program are functioning. Is there a known issue with the uscc version of the v3m or something. or does anyone know how to get around this problem. Thank You.
