US cellular tower

US cellular is building a tower in my area (there's no other cell phone service, I live in the middle of nowhere.) and I went on their website and found out that they don't have any internet, so is it possible that other companies can use their tower, because all that's out here is satellite and dial-up, EVDO would be good?
