US cellular tower

US cellular is building a tower in my area (there's no other cell phone service, I live in the middle of nowhere.) and I went on their website and found out that they don't have any internet, so is it possible that other companies can use their tower, because all that's out here is satellite and dial-up, EVDO would be good?

uscc has blackberry's and windows moto Q and they both can get on the INTERNET and you can get your emails on the to. uscc also has easy edge data service that you can get on the INTERNET with.
