Looking to switch from Nextel to US Cellular

As the title states, I am looking to make a move to US Cellular. I would like some input on a new phone. First and foremost I would like a reliable phone, obviously. I also like to create my own ringtones and wallpapers for my cell phone. I currently have a Motorola i880 which allows me to do this with relative ease. I was looking at the V9m. Would this phone be what I'm looking for? Thank in advance for any help.

I haven't used the phone you are looking at, but I have a LG UX260 with USCC and have been very satisfied. I make my own ringtones by sending mp3 clips to my phone via bluetooth (nice and easy when using a Mac) and I'm sure it would be just as easy for pictures.
