thinkin of goin to uscelluar

Hi,
I currently have Virgin Mobile and thinking of switching providers. How is UScelluars' reception far as towers? I was lookin at their prepaid and it seems okay compared to others; the plans for 6/10 bucks a month seems okay and well in my budget range. How is their customer service? How are their phones? Im lookin for a full-keyboard,not sure prepaid has a decent one or not..
