Can this be done?

hello all i'm new at this. so bare with me!

i am a U.S. Cellular customer and i love their plans!
the only thing is.. i don't love the phones they have out.
i technically can't renew my contract until later on,
but there is one phone i really like, that (i don't think) they
have out any longer.

its the Motorola Hint QA30.
i miss having a full keyboard, and i like the size of that one.

but i was looking on the Motorola website, and they do have it.
so my question is: can i buy an unlocked CDMA version, and have u.s. cellular
"turn it on" because it says the only carrier for that phone is U.S. Cellular.

unless they stash their 'old' phones away somewhere...
unless they come out with a similar phone by September..

Go to ebay and search for your phone Motorola Hint QA30 U.S. Cellular: items on eBay.com

Make sure it has a clean ESN and it is for us cellular and you should be able to activate without affecting your plan.

As always please confirm this with US C before doing this.

Ebay is full of bad ESN's, like he said make sure to do your due diligence before you purchase from a seller on ebay.
