Craigslist Scam

i brought a htc evo 3d for sprint from a person. he said esn is clean and i believed him and brought the phone and later discovered he dint pay his bill... i dint know what to do ..so i sold the phone to someone else...
will i get in trouble for this. never really cheated any one.. i worry much now.pls need advice ..

besides the guy being really mad that you sold him a useless phone, no you won't get in trouble. It's pretty crappy of you to do that though.

yes i feel ashamed to do this.. but i wouldnt have done that if i had money...
