UsCellular is about to have 4G. And im in need of a new phone. So im wondering if anybody has any input on what phone is better. I understand the "Aviator" will be on the 4G network and the "II" will not. But the "II" has a dual core processor and the "Aviator" does not. Which phone will have better video recording quality? And will a Dual core on a 3G network be just as fast as a Single core processor on a 4G network?

Re: Samsung Galaxy S II vs. Samsung Galaxy S Aviator
I'm in the same boat. I'm trying to decide which is better. I was just on Gadgetian and found specifications for both the Samsung Galaxy S II and the Samsung Galaxy S Aviator. Depending on what your needs and wants are, there are some differences like the processor; however, according to the specs I'm looking at they both have the same operating system: Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. There are differences in the video and audio formats (Galaxy S II has more versitility). Like you, I wonder about the speed difference. But in comparing all the specifications, I am leaning towards the Galaxy S II and patiently waiting for the Aviator to come out so hopefully the price will drop on the S II.
