Galaxy S2 White (SCH-R760) Unlock help?

Please help me, I bought myself a Galaxy S2 White version and just recently flashed it to 4.0.4 and rooted, now I want to activate it to be used here where I live (Dominican Republic) I want to activate it to work with Viva yet they tell me I need a code or something to have it unlocked? I have tried over and over and over to find a site that unlocks my version but I can't find it ANYWHERE, what can I do? It is SCH-R760, some please help, let me know of ANY POSSIBLE WAY to unlock it, thanks.
