Does sending an email to your VZWpix cell phone email cost money?

Or is it free ? I'm talking about sending midi files to your phone.

If it's not free, I'm just going to buy a data cable..

Verizon messaging is $.25 no matter what, receiving or sending. So if ur receiving a midi file through vzwpix.com, then u have to pay $.25........umm....since it costs $.25, go wit the data cable, plus wit data cables, u can send mp3 to ur phone...

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I'm going to buy one at Radioshack, any brand suggestions for a LG VX6000?

When you say send an mp3 over it, how does that work, because I thought ringers had to be under 30k or something. How could you shrink the file size down?
