#17 | | Newbie | I use cooledit for my audio. Maybe make sure it's saved as a windows PCM .wav
some audio editing software automatically puts in "markers" in the wav file, possibly it's causing problems for some. (soundforge is famous for that)

#18 | | Newbie | I have managed to send the file as a QCP to my phone and it plays, but I am unable to "Assign" it as a Ringer. It was saved at 8000 Hz and converted (tried assigning as mid, 3gp, and qcp) to QCP, but my phone will NOT accept it as a ringer. Any ideas???
Thanks! | | |

#21 | | Newbie | I did everything in vspec's above post. Now have a midi file that's 20k. When I email it to my a670 and try to receive, it says that it's corrupted. Any ideas?

#22 | | Junior Member | I get everything to work but, it is not coming out of the speakerphone when I save it, it comes out of the earpiece. I noticed other people have this problem but no one posted a solution. Alexosmanoff said you have to force it into speakerphone mode to get it to use speakerphone, how do you do this? Thanks

#27 | | Newbie | Hey. It worked for me, but the sound was way too loud and it sounded really bad. And its not my cell, cuz I turned the volume down and it still sounded the same. Does anyone know anyway to fix this?

#28 | | Daderator | Yeah, go get yourself Audacity (do a google search), it's a free program. Load the song up, and then just turn down the audio on it, save it and send it back to your phone.
