How to remove caller id blocking?

I enabled caller id blocking about a month ago on my lgvx10 phone. I have now decided that i dont want to use it anymore. I cant seem how to turn off the call id blocking though. So my friends still see me as a restricted number and so on. Any help would be much appreciated.

try calling vzw cust support to disable it. u can also do it from their website
