Okay guys, here's one for you. I am a Verizon user, and my friend is a Cingular user. He's in New York, I'm in Georgia. We're trying to text, but it isn't working for some reason. I text him, he never gets it, he texts me, I never get it. My inbox says the message is sent. I don't know what's wrong. Any ideas? | ||||||

You need to make sure that the text package you purchased from Verizon allows you to text outside of Verizon's network.

make sure that both you and him have text messageing go to a web site and send a text to your phone from there to make sure you have text i have found the best way | |||||

...I've run across the same problem... it kinda sucks that only SOME texts are good enough
