I bought a usb data cable for my e815 off ebay and a cd came with it for the drivers and it had some other goodies on it like ringtones and games. I downloaded MPT and tried to use it to put songs on my phone but MPT just says initializing... so i don't think it's recognizing my phone.

Do I need a flash card?

With it saying initializing I opened multimedia studio anyway and tried to transfer a 20 second mp3 but it said Unsupported formant - No conversion possible.

When I connect the phone it says please wait while your phone is being installed and setup. It does this for about two minutes. Then it starts initializing on the display of a phone on the side of the screen that says Phone Image Not Available Initializing..
I let it initialize for an hour and it did nothing.

The computer does recognize that the phone is connected.
Any help would be appreciated.
